Our Skill training and development mission is to bridge the gap between the supply & demand of skilled manpower as per the needs of the local industry. The skill training must be in line to meet the growing need for skilled manpower across various sectors as per the latest industry curriculum. There is an urgent need to establish a world-class skills training institute in the hill state of Himachal Pradesh that will address the challenge of imparting the skills required by a growing economy. The curriculum designed for training would also include the preservation of local traditions ensuring that adequate attention is paid to conservation.

Empower

The Trust has evolved from the path of charity to youth empowerment through skill development and vocational training. Skill development initiative has been undertaken with a focus on women to empower them to earn a sustainable living and contributing to the improvement of the standard of living of their respective families which would further enhance the economic development of the region.
